3. Academic Policies
3.1 Attendance
- Students must maintain minimum 75% attendance for all courses
- Excessive absences may result in course failure
- Online students must participate in required sessions
3.2 Assessment and Examinations
- Students must complete all required assessments
- KASNEB examination registration is mandatory for certification
- Academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action
3.3 Progression Requirements
- Students must pass required units to progress to next level
- Supplementary examinations may be available for failed units
- Time limits apply to program completion
4. Fees and Payments

6. Technology and Online Services
6.1 Access and Use
- Students are responsible for maintaining internet connectivity
- Technical requirements must be met for online participation
- Account security is the student's responsibility
6.2 Acceptable Use
- Educational purposes only
- No sharing of login credentials
- Respect for intellectual property rights
7. Intellectual Property
- Course materials are proprietary to JohnMark College
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited
- Students retain rights to their original work
8. Limitation of Liability
- JohnMark College is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services
- Students are responsible for their own career outcomes
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- Student information is handled according to our Privacy Policy
- Academic records are maintained securely
- Information may be shared with KASNEB and educational partners
10. Changes to Terms
- Terms may be updated with reasonable notice
- Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of changes
